Older but improving

The apartment complex as a whole is a little on the older side (built in the 80's or so if I had to guess) & no longer in the prime of its life however they have started to clean up the property some & at least have made it look better. They've not gotten to my apartment yet but they have started changing out the carpets in few apartments places & changing out a few fixtures too. I'm waiting for my turn for an update but hopefully I wont have to wait too long.
- Pros: Fairly quiet, Can walk to Walmart
- Cons: Older, lots of traffic next to Walmart

I might stick around

Well -we have lived at Enon for awhile and was thinkin about movin, but these new people seem like they might be good. There was people from their main office here to inspect my apartment. They say they are going to fix things. This manager seems like she really does care about the residents and there is a new maintenance dude who is friendly and acts like he wants to fix things up around here. As far as a rating i will put 5 stars because so far they are better than anyone that has been here in 2 1/2 yers. We will see....

The worst place I have ever lived.

This is a horrible complex. The one good aspect is that they go through management like a junkie goes through their vices, so you are bound to eventually find one you like. The current management, however, leaves much to be desired. The maintenance team is comprised of two old men who can barely walk up and down the stairs. Very kind men, but too old to be expected to keep up with the entire complex. The management team spends more money on fixing up the apartments for people to move in, they refuse to spend any on fixing the ones that are already inhabited.
Definitely not worth the $774 a month rent payment. Our air conditioner is broken, our oven is broken, our carpet has hardly stood up to any form of traffic, even with constant steam cleaning and care, our bathroom had mold behind the tiles in the shower, our toilet was leaking into the wall of our downstairs neighbor since we moved in over a year ago (they just barely came to take a look at it), they painted the entire apartment, outside of the kitchen, in a matte paint (you touch it, it's filthy).
I would definitely go against looking any further into these apartments. My complaints are not the only ones. You talk to anyone in the H block, you will hear the same things. However, of course, things may be more cared for in the other buildings.
