Amazing Daycare Center

I am a single mother and my daughter isalmost 4. She started there when she had just turned 3 and it took her about 2 weeks to get adjusted to the new routine b ut after that it was "bye-bye mommy"!!! She absolutely loved it so much that she would tell me to go get in my car and wave at me from the big window in the front. At first I was sorta jealous and concerned that she may be liking the teachers more then me and I already dont get to see her as much as I wanted. Then I realized if she didnt like them as much or more then me then that would make them bad teachers who werent treating her as well as I do. So knowing she loved them as much as she did me made me able to go to work and not have to worry about her well being. We have moved since then and she goes to a different center now but as soon as I get another job in murfreesboro that will be the center she will go to as long as she wants. She still asks every day when I drop her off at her new daycare..."Mommy when are you taking me back to my purple daycare?" (kids connection) I always tell her as soon as I can but for her to remember that for this length of time....they must be something special and Im with everyone else I want the teachers with the kids not at a desk on facebook or on the phone!!!! (which I might add NONE of the teachers Ive seen have ever even left the kids unless they are on break!)

Love Kids Connection

I love Kids Connection my son went there for a few months and I only took him out because of his medical condition I was missing to many work days.

The staff there was awesome and my son learned so much just in the few months he was there. My son has a medical condition and has to be watched very closely . The staff took that serious and learned everything they needed to take care of him properly and that meant alot to me. I was able to drop him off and go to work with a peace of mind that my son was in great hands. As soon as I get back on my feet that is the daycare he will be returning to.

Very Pleased with Kid Connection

I am very pleased overall with the day care. They are not in business to offer customer service to the parents. I'm sorry that the bad reviewer feels that way. Maybe if they had scheduled the appointment after hours it would have worked out better.

Sometimes when I go to pick up my child there is no one in the office, but they are always with the kids helping in the classroom. My child loves this place. Of course there are bad days just like any other kid, but the teacher is always happy to go into great detail about whatever happened & how it was handled. This lets us also discipline our child the same way at home to show consistency.

The overall cleanliness of the day care also gets 5 stars. The location is far from our house, but close to my spouse's job. It is located very close to MTSU, MTMC, MMC & just a couple of minutes from downtown.

• Pros: Friendly staff, large playground, been in business for many years
• Cons: Very open indoors so it's hard to have a organized class somedays

great child care

I think the person giving Kid's Connection a bad review had a bad first impression. I have been using them for over 2 years and have amny friends that take their children there. They have been nothing but kind and accomadating. My child loves his "school" and learns so much. He started at age 12 weeks old and other than a few mishaps (which will be found at ANY daycare) I feel that we made the best choice for our child.

Occasionally they are short staffed in the office, but this is because they are NEVER short staffed in the classroom. That means a lot more to us than someone being their to take my check! Also, they will take the phones in to the classrooms if there is nobody in the office, I know this because I call on a regular basis to check in on my son (and used to call a lot more when I was a new mom!).

Horrible Customer Service

My wife and i just recently began looking for daycares for our soon to be born daughter. We had heard great things about this daycare center, so we decided to check it out. I set up an appointment with the contact person a week ahead of our intended visit. On the day of our visit, my wife and I show up and there was no one at the desk. I pressed the call button 3 times and received no response. I then decided to call from right outside the front door. It took 6 calls for anyone to answer. The woman that answered was very short and rude on the phone. I informed her that i was there for an appointment to view the facilities. The woman responded "You must be mistaken, i make all appointments to view the facility and i would remember if i had scheduled an appointment. I am busy and cannot help you right now." She then hung up the phone on me. There was no offer to assist me or to get someone else to show me around. IF this is how she is running her center and treating adults, i can only wonder and pray that she is not treating the kids under her supervision the same.
