Terrible Management.
The apartment itself is okay, but when I moved in, they had not cleaned it. It smelled so strongly of smoke, you could smell it from the stairs, and the toilet was filthy. Also, one of the outlets
doesn't work, and the kitchen light only works sometimes.
The management is the bigger problem. When I moved in, I was given the wrong key and could not resolve it until the next day. They've put charges on my account because of computer errors, and once I've resolved them, I still get notices about it because it hasn't been put in the computer. There are often differences in what your file and the computer will say, and I've had a lot of problems because of it.
There are a lot of inconveniences that shouldn't happen, but they do. I've spoken with other residents who agree that the office is not well-run.
That being said, it is a safe community, and I have plenty of space in the apartment.…
