Poor Customer Service and Poor Service in General.
I used Allied Waste for aprx 2 yeears. I finally switched when the service pick-up began to skip weeks. I called and complained numerous times during about a 5-6 month period about the trash not being picked up and they blamed me and said that the driver said my trash wasn't out (it was put out the night before each time) so they wouldn't even schedule a pick up and we had to wait until the next week for it to be taken. Once I finally decided to cancel, I asked them to credit me for the lack of service I received, the Murfreesboro manager would never even return my calls and finally a Manager from Nashville returned my call and said there was nothing she could do but call the Murfreesboro manager.
On top of the poor pick-up service, our bills were never the same because they would add random service charges AND fuel charges!!!
BFI Stinks. My biggest complaints are 1) empty can is often left in the middle of the driveway even though they are supposed to have a new truck that picks it up and puts it back in the same place, and 2) two out of every three weeks they come the day after my scheduled pick up day.
