My son broke down last night in Murfreesboro, with his friends and their infant son with him. I called Pack's to tow the car, and they showed up quickly. The driver was very polite and professional, waited around for the others to be picked up, and even gave my son a ride home. They have reasonable fees, and go above and beyond. Thanks, Pack's!!

servicio muy bueno!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Tuve un accidente malo en el nashville el mes pasado Diciembre de 2011, yo llamé alrededor a algunas compañías que remolcan y todos me dijeron que sería más que 2 horas antes que puedan tener que ir y recoger mi vehical de Nasville, Consiguió a Packs towing que remolcan por teléfono y ellos fueron y recogen mi vehical y lo tuvieron apoya en Murfreesboro más rápido que ésos otras compañías me dijeron. Fueron profesionales y comprenden aún con el poco inglés que sé. Diré a todos mis amigos de Packs towing y les dan una tarjeta del suyo poner en sus carros.

VERY PROFESSIONAL TOWING SERVICE. eddie from M'boro. The people at packs towing are awsome, called them to pick up my truck from nashville were I had a bad accident and they went and pick it up and had it back to my place in no time. They are very professional, and the rates are less than those other companys. I would highly recommend them to all my friend.

Always the Best. I have had several problems in life, but towing service is not one of them. Pack's Towing has gone out of their way to make my life easier. I was involved in a serious accident and they were very helpful in a highly stressful situation. In a second event, my wife had an alternator blow out on Hillsboro Rd in Nashville and they quickly came to Nashville and picked up her car. The rates are reasonable and the service is extremely friendly. Don't hesitate to call them with any of your issues.

Questionable Practices. Pack's towing uses a bait and switch tactic when towing cars "illegally" parked. I was told that it would be a certain price to get my car and then when I went to pick it up it suddenly went up because the tow driver didn't "like my attitude". I never saw the no parking in this lot sign, and was only in the establishment 15 minutes. This was long enough for them to get my car on the truck. Another guy had his car on the truck and he sweet talked the driver into getting his car back. The driver was rude - it plainly states they take Visa but he refused to take my Visa saying he could only accept cash and that I would have 15 minutes to bring that back to him. Questionable tactics. News Channel 5 is doing an expose on such tactics in Nashville and I plan to send my story about Packs to them. They sit in the lot and wait - blocking the no parking sign and never say a word - greed is a horrible thing Pack's and you are the greediest.
