STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!. Only advice I can give you is to stay away!!!! She expects you to pay for & do ALL your repairs... this is why people rent instead of buying!!! It is NOT our responsibility as tenants to paint, etc. & up keep YOUR home!!!! She is just rude & a nightmare to deal with!! I have NO CLUE how she has even stayed in business for so many years! Personality = NONE! There are wayyyy to many good rental places/landlords in Murfreesboro!!! GO TO THE NEXT ONE!

Always taking care of issues. I have enjoyed renting from JS Properties; I have been with them for years and they always take care of any issues we have the same day.

Always courteous. I have really enjoyed my apartment. I have also appreciated the kindness of J.S properties. Joyce has always answered my questions and when there was a problem or just needed an answer. I appreciate her promptness and she has always been courteous. I believe she really cares about her the tenants she manages

respectful and helpful. Mrs. Smotherman couldn't have been more accomodating and respectful. She has a professional demeanor and showed an informative, caring and helpful manner. Rental papers were comprehensive and any questions we had were answered knowledgeably and completely. The garage door opener didn't work but within 24 hours the maintenance supervisor, roger, had it working and provided a second opener. We couldn't be happier with J.S properties. We love our rental home and the respectful and helpful manner that was accorded to us by Mrs. Smotherman and her staff

An honest Property Management Company!. When I moved out they answered all my questions and were super helpful. I cleaned the apartment as well as I could, and when I received my refund, I was pleasantly surprised not to have everything deducted! Wow, an honest Property Management Company!

Landlord is a nightmare!!. I only wish that I had read the reviews for this Property before I rented there. The landlord is the meanest individual I have ever met. She will not talk to you about problems you have. She will only tell you she does not need to talk to you and then hang up on you. She says that she is not paid to talk to you or to help you. She lets people enter your apartment without giving you any warning and she has the water turned off constantly without giving you any warning. She says she puts notices on your door about parking, etc. BUT SHE DOES NOT. I only gave this one star because you had to in order to write the review. I would like to give it NO STARS!! It does not matter what you say to her, she always says it is your problem and NOT HERS!! She is EVIL!!

Unprofessional. I called for some information and the attending person hung up on me because she said she was at an appointment. If she was that busy, why answer the phone. I don't want to stay at a place with those kind of manners!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! HORRIBLE LANDLORD!. She does not care if you have problems in your apartment; she acts like it's you that has the problem. She tries to act like her apartments are the best, and they are EXTREMELY unsanitary!!!!!
