STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!. Only advice I can give you is to stay away!!!! She expects you to pay for & do ALL your repairs... this is why people rent instead of buying!!! It is NOT our responsibility as tenants to paint, etc. & up keep YOUR home!!!! She is just rude & a nightmare to deal with!! I have NO CLUE how she has even stayed in business for so many years! respectful and helpful. Mrs. Smotherman couldn't have been more accomodating and respectful. She has a professional demeanor and showed an informative, caring and helpful manner. Rental papers were comprehensive and any questions we had were answered knowledgeably and completely. The garage door opener didn't work but within 24 hours the maintenance supervisor, roger, had it working and provided a second opener. We couldn't be happier with J.S properties.
