Great Food!. In my opinion, Toot's has the best dill pickle chips and chicken wings around. I really like the family-oriented sports bar atmosphere, although I agree that there should be a non-smoking section. I consider Toot's to be a family version of Hooter's, only with MUCH better food! I've mostly been during dinner hours and the wait is very reasonable. Also, the employees have always been very friendly and always on their toes. Overall, I highly recommend Toot's and give them a rating of 9 on a scale of 1-10 (need smoking section).

Anyway, the place is non-smoking now - a change for the better.
The wings still aren't as good as you might think...they were just o.k.
Atmosphere was good. Service was average. Prices were average.
Somebody else in our group got a bacon-chesse-burger and said it was really good.
