I went to SRG two saturdays in a row. The service was terrible. It wasn't even the servers' fault. They have two new girls, they're friendly enough, did the best they could with what they were given. The owner, Chris, was sitting at a table eating while the restaurant was busy. And by busy I mean, tables weren't being cleaned off until after guests were seated at them. A family wanted the table the owner was at, he got up and went to the counter to continue to eat. All the while, tables were dirty, people needed to place their orders and pay for their meals. To me, that is very poor customer service and not the way a business should be run. I will not be back to this restaurant, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
Pros: cheap food
Cons: owner lazy
