Glad to be back. I am grateful that the new owners have returned to the way the original pig used to be from 8-10 years ago. They took the smoking away for a while and lost many of their "regulars" in the process. This place was intended for the "over 40" bunch (yes, they do smoke and anyone/everyone that knows this place accepts it). The only problem now is they have lost a lot of good staff/workers and the owners have no personality. But the bands of the past are returning and bringing back the old regulars and their friends.

everthing bad. this is the worst excuse for a resturant ive ever seen .we ordered the chicken parmasean it looked like can noodles with frozen tomatoe sauce and the chicken was burnt and small with no breading . eight dollars for my drink which was all ice. place is a over crowded smoke fest ,women and men were using each others restrooms.and u get charged a cover charge for the band whether your eating or not.the young man at the door was very nice and apologized ,something the manager was not willing to do .maybe the door guy should teach him some public relation skills

Great band, good food. The food and service were pretty good. The dance floor is a little too small. The band, Randy and the Suedes, were exceptional. However, the smoke was just...SO...bad. We would have liked to stay longer, but we just couldn't take the smoke. The Murf. Pig either needs better venilation or a no smoking policy like the Franklin Bunganut Pig. I won't be going back until one or the other happens.

decent food and prices, great music!. Was there on a Monday and the place was pretty slow. Food was good but the dance floor was REALLY small but the band was great! Check them out when "Phoenix Rising" is playing.

Dirty and smokey. I don't suggest this place at all. The bathroom was filthy, the kitchen didn't look very clean either. When I mentioned it to the bartender she just rolled her eyes at me. The smoke is so thick you can hardly breathe. The owner is a loud mouth that is too busy getting drunk to take care of his customers. He started an argument with my husband over politics. The food was so-so...not bad, but nothing spectacular. I'd rather eat at Chili's or Applebee's. The live music is a nice touch but doesn't make up for the negatives.

The Pig is the place to be. The Pig has the BEST entertainment! Do check out The Respectables and of course Clarence Dobbins. A great place for people looking for good music and not a pick up club. The fried pickles are awesome.

nice change. A nice change of scenery from the boro college crowd. A strange mix of people. A little crowded, but altogether a nice atomosphere for the boro.

where has this place been all my life. real quick... This is the best place around...great food/really cute staff/ THE BEST ENTERTAINMENT!!!!

Are you sick of downtown phoney yuppie clubs....I am... i'd rather go to the pig... I have always had an amazing time there! its laid back...and no kidding... THE BANDS ARE BETTER THAN ANYWHERE DOWNTOWN!!! Oh yeah the food is great also... I Know what your thinking.."Isn't this a restaurant".... yes it is,,but it turns into a great {local bar/dance club} at night! Go see "Reverend Rutabaga" when they play there.... you WILL NOT be disapointed! I give it a 10!
