stay away. i brought a car from these people and three day later the trans went on it. so they sent me over to greenway to get fixed he had it for five months and it never got fixed i had to take it somewhere eles and spent $3500 on a new trans. these people are a scam stay away. they should not even be able to sell cars. and stay away from greenway as well. very pissed

Recent Purchase. Found the listing on autotrader and called about it. Salesperson (John) got back to us very quickly and with great info. Drove all the way from Huntsville and had a great experience.

I don't understand... I purchased my first car from Bill in March and haven't had any problems. It's hard to believe all these stories when I had such an excellent experience. I felt very much at home and it was comfortable to talk to my salesman. He helped me choose between a few different cars that I saw online. He suggested taking it to Greenway Automotive and they said there weren't any problems but I also took it to our family machanic that confirmed everything they said. When it was time to do the paperwork he went through and helped me understand what it all was. Eventhough it's sold as is i'm very happy about my purchase and confident I'll have it for a very long time.

Overall good experience! :)

Identity Thieves. I went here to try to purchase a car. Told Jose I would be paying cash. All was good till it came to sign paperwork. He upped the price by 3000.00 and I said forget it. Told them to shred all my information, however, he still ran my name trying to get a loan for 11000.00 from a local credit union. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Says it all..... They are under investagation by the Feds...STAY AWAY. Unfortunatly I bought a car from them, and regret it. It has been wrecked and surprised it was not totalled, if if really wasnt. It would not pass emissions and somehow they magically got it too. Everything from the second I received the car was shady and bizarre...again STAY AWAY!!!!

everything has been wrecked and he doesnt tell you. he owns greenway automotive all the wrecked vehicles you see he repairs over there and sells them on his car lot at riverside and never tells you they have been wrecked a very dishonest place he never stands behind any of his vehicles he uses sold as is i would not send anyone there his ads on the radio are a bunch of lies first thing they do is run your credit and how much money do you have downmosst of his vehicles want even pass emissions then he sends you to greenway then you have to pay them they give car business a bad name please do not go there he will not rrefund any of your down payment back on e lady went there her husband had just died and she had four kids she paid five-thousand down on the car it wouldnt pass emissions he told her to take it to greenway which he doesnt tell you he owns it cost her over two thousand dollars for repairs that he wouldnt pay she couldnt pay her first payment because of the repairs he repossed her car he didnt care that her husband had just passed he wanted the car back

The best car dealership!!!!!:]. You people are so crazy this is the best car dealership ever!!! They worked with me and i got to make the price. The car is in great condition i love the car!!!!!!!! GET YOU SOME OF THIS OTHER GIRLS THAT ARE BOAGS WRITIN SUFF!!!!!!!!!

Stay Away! Cars are junk!. Salesman told me the car I purchased had recently had oil changed and a tune up. The oil was not only a quart and half low but it was filthy. Then a message kept coming up that stated "No Oil Pressure, Stop Car Immediately". The car also has suspension issues, plus the power door locks stopped working. All this has happened within a few days after buying the car. When I contacted Riverside they told me to take it to their mechanic and led me to believe they were going to pay for the repairs. When the mechanic determined the problems, Riverside refused to pay. If you don't believe me, check out their score on the BBB's website. It's an F. Wish I had checked that before I bought a car here. They will sell you a piece of junk and take your money. Stay away!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! PLEASE!!!. They sold me a SUV that had the check engine light reset. After making the deal the light comes on and I got a free check at Auto Zone. Turns out I need a new motor 1 day after purchase!!!!!! I take the SUV back and Bill Koenig says it is my fault for purchasing it. They did offer to trade it for something else but when I tried that Koenig tried to up-charge $1000 on the other vehicle and it was 5 years older had 100,000 more miles on it, and in very poor condition. They will sell you trash, they lie, and they WILL cheat you!!! Their own mechanic said they will lie to you!!!!!!!

My Experience With Riverside Motors. I gave them a call wanting to see if they could help me get my first car, because I am having trouble getting a car of my own with other company's. I called wanting to tell them what was going on and before I could even tell him, he started asking me questions like: How old are you, how much money doeyou make, what's your Social Security Number, ect. Its like he did not want to hear my story or anything unless he could sale me something. So he called me back about an hour later, and told me he would not be able to help me. I think it is wrong for them to advertise no credit, or bad credit and still 0.00 down...When they really don't help people with no credit!
