i purchased a 2002 transam from there in february of 2013 and have had to take my vehicle back at least five times for something simple. then 1 left it there and they rigged it to pass inspection. two days after i got the vehicle back the same problem arose. i can't get any satisfaction from this dealership. i am about to call my loan company and return the vehicle. the car lot is just blowing smoke up my tail as far as repairs. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!! they are outright liars and very deceptive on what they do.1st on zero downpayment lie lie lie unless you have good credit then anyone will do the same..they said its zero down but the bank wont finance the taxes lmao lie lie lie all secondary banks(people with bad credit) require some kinda down from 500 to 10 percent or more of sales price i know because my brother used to work for riverside motors, also almost all the cars their have been crashed or badly damaged that way they arent on a car fax when you check and owner pays less for the car. he also owns Greenway automotive they fix all these damaged vehicles(terrible work) and dont stand behind there work. He is a predator for people with bad credit he doesnt report to any credit bureaus for you HE ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY HE DONT CARE ABOUT HELPING YOU OR YOUR FAMILY. HE WILL TRY TO KEEP YOUR DOWNPAYMENT WHEN YOU SHOW YOU DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO IF HE TRIES THIS( GO TO DEPT OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND REPORT THIS ILLEGAL ACTIVITY) Any good review is written by his employees or his family they are boggus all the bad reviews are mostly in detail and are longer they are true because when you have been taken advantage of cause of your situation you are truly mad...DONT DO BUSINESS HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER DEALERS WHO DONT DO BUSINESS LIKE THEM DONT WALK RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK

DO NOT buy anything from this place. They appear to be so friendly and helpful, but only because they know they are ripping you off. I bought a car from them and the car was in the shop three times within the first two weeks. Finally, the car had to have major work done. I was told the check engine light had been reset on the car. Bill, the owner, knew the car had MAJOR issues. When I confronted them...I was told the car was sold "as is". Yes I did buy it as is, but the dealer is responsible for disclosing known issues. This place is horrible...do not go there. If you decide to go there, please take the car to a mechanic (not the Riverside mechanic) and have the car checked out completely. I highly recommend Kirby's garage in Murfreeesboro. However, there are many dealers in town, so I would avoid Riverside. Why take the chance!!!

I recommend Riverside Motors as the choice to buy a vehicle.. I saw a car on their website, called and was connected with Bill who was very pleasant to talk to. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Went in the same day to get an appraisal on my vehicle and got more than what I thought I would get. Bill is an excellent sales person if you go buy a car I recommend Bill and Riverside Motors as the choice to buy a vehicle.

Great service. Wonderful repair shop. Came in to get my brakes checked and fixed if there are any issues. There were, and they took care of them for me. Thanks guys!

Worst of the Worst. We can start with their top notch shed where their salesman who look like they are on work release greet you. The floor feels like it is going to cave in any second. Stacks of paperwork on the floor. The car I looked at appeared to have been in a wreck. Within 5 minutes I left and I suggest you not even show up on the lot.
