Let me start by saying nobody ever writes positive reviews, but I was so impressed tonight that I needed to say something. My infant daughter needed a nebulizer machine, and this company delivered it to our house. However, the pediatrician had apparently failed to notify this company that the machine was for a child, so only an adult mouth piece was delivered. Upon finding this oversight, the technician contacted his supervisor, who in turn dispatched another delivery person to run us out a couple of infant masks, at 9 PM on extremely wet and potentially icy roads, just to make sure my daughter had the right equipment for her illness. I cannot say enough good things about this simple, yet incredibly generous transaction.
Really horrible service. On the rare
occasion you can reach someone on the phone, they put you on hold for 20 minutes. They never return calls, and emails can take up to a week for a response, with some never receiving a response.
No one in the place seems to have an idea of what's going on. I really would like to support a locally owned business like this, but their lack of service makes it impossible. I'm going back to Walgreens.
Poor Service. I have to use a CPAP machine which I got from Reeves Sain. After byhe original order and they got my insurance info, they became very independent and acted like it was an interuption to wait on me. VERY POOR SERVICE. Sleep apnea masks are overpriced and they will just hand you one and not check for fit.

I have had trouble with two places I have gone to for the sleep apnea mask. How do you know which one will work until you go home and try it? I even said I didn't think it would work. One was in a box marked small and when I was taking it back I noticed it was medium - no wonder it didn't work. That was their fault and still counted as one of the 3 I tried.
IF THE MASK DOESN'T FIT CORRECTLY IT WON'T WORK - THAT IS WHY MOST DON'T WEAR THEIRS!!
I called and talked to the supervisor and she sent me another mask like the one I had brought because the plastic breaks on it every 3 months. At least I have 3 months of good sleep with it. Please call if you are not happy and give them a chance of making it right. At first I was too upset to call but I did and I am glad I did.
She was polite and apologized because she didn't know she made me feel this way. She was quick to send me the mask I had requested by UPS.
I would return to this store again.
awful experience. Beware! I was diagnosed with Sleep Apena and live in Murfreesboro, so my doctor sent me here to get my cpap machine and mask. No help what -so -ever! They make you feel like you are bothering them. I had trouble finding a mask to work. Had to go back several times. They always were saying you are not going to be happy with that (full face) mask even though that was what the doctor had ordered. Went back several times with problems. Called for help and no one would return the call until I threatened to take my business elsewhere. After speaking to my doctor about the situation, he said for them to try several masks she said the problem with that is that they are not cheap and she could not reuse the ones I tried. How are you to find the right one if you can not try them ????? Use another supplier
no insurance. Supposed to be a reputable, friendly , family medical store.................yea, if you have insurance. If not you're out of luck! Unless you have plenty of money.
