Terrible Experience. Thought you might like to know...

I moved last weekend and used Cannonburgh Moving for my local move. The entire moving experience was horrible. The majority of the items to be moved were moved prior to having the movers come out. We only needed them to move the heavy furniture, a few boxes and some garage items. They took 6 hours to do this small move, and didn't complete it. They were often MIA, slow, lazy, out of shape and more worried about being on personal cell phone calls than getting the job done. I have moved a lot and I know that the quality of the move really depends on the movers you get. We obviously got the bottom of the barrel. In addition to the poor quality, they dropped a box of breakable items off the truck and then told me they were not responsible for replacing it as they did not pack it. No matter who packed it when it's dropped off the truck by your mover, you should pay for or replace the broken items. They also scratched up many door frames, and walls in my new house. The attention to detail and concern for others property just didn't exist with these guys. Beware if you chose to use them. You will need to load, unload, and stay on them to do everything the entire time they are there. Also plan to spend more than you expect if you use these guys. They are slower than my 95 year old grandma!!

Great job!. I just would like to say that the fellows that came and did my move were friendly, professional, meticulous & truly cared about my requests and needs. I will recommend Cannonburgh Moving to friends.

Terrible customer service!!!. These guys promised to be at our location on Sat at 8 am, called and said truck broke down, and said they'd show at noon, then called and said 1:30 but didn't show til 3...didn't complete the move (we had to move the rest the next day (thanks for friends) and when I called to see about getting at least an hours credit returned ($85) the owner hung up on me, then after about 8 more calls to their office, had one of the movers tell me my step daughter was drinking, was blowing smoke up my butt, and other unprofessional conversation with me. Definitely not customer friendly at all... I would NOT recommend them!!
