We love going. Don Pablos is a great place to go if you want Americanized Mexican. I am sure that it isn't the most authentic but then again niether was ChiChis and I loved that as a little girl. I highly recommend spending the money to get the dip sampler for your chips. The last time we went we were seated right where you could watch them make the tortillas and chips. The one downfall to that visit was the manager. I swear the man needs some meds. He kept going on and on about being part of the mob in Vegas. He was friendly enough but just odd. My recommendation... go... just don't start up a conversation with the manager.
