Good food, great price.
The food here is pretty good, and it won't break the bank!

service has been better.
I remember a couple of years ago when a manager named chuck was there he and his management team really gave great service AND with a smile, now not only is the service terrible, no matter which manager is there, but the quality of the buffet is struggling, at best. Maybe Cici's corporate will step in some day and bring back the fun and value that a Cici's is suppose to be

Chuck is all that you described. We work hard every day to reach that high level of service and quality that you deserve. I apologize for the bad experience that you describe in the review. We want to earn your business and I hope you will give us another chance.

A wide range of flavorful pizza pies--combined with the family-friendly buffet and affordable prices--are this regional chain's cornerstone..
In Short
Cici's first opened in Plano, Texas, in 1985 and has since spread to locations throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Known for its one low, all-you-can eat price, the buffet-style restaurant boasts 16 different types of fresh pizza--from tomato and spinach Alfredo to zesty ham, barbecue and Sicilian deep-dish pies--as well as pasta, salad and desserts. Only 100 percent whole milk mozzarella is used and the sauces and dough are made fresh daily.
