Great Customer Service and knowledge. I had a house built earlier this year and my lawn was starting to come in quite nicely. Charlie came by to discuss putting in an irrigation system (and other landscaping services). He was very thorough (walked the property multiple times) and gave us great advice on caring for the lawn and landscaped areas. Luther who managed the irrigation install was very knowledgeable as well and took the time to explain every step of the process to me. Service was excellent. The only thing that keeps this experience from being a 5 is I felt like the price was a bit high. I would definitely recommend Cook's to my family and friends!! I am planning to do other work with Charlie over the next few months.

Great company and work.... We had a tornado go through our property by our creek. Huge trees fell and made a jumbled mess blocking the flow of the creek. We talked to several companies and Cook's seemed the most honest and forthright. They came out and worked seven hours straight. We were home and watched them work very hard and doing a great job. Mr. Cook was very professional as was his crew. Very happy with the work and the result. Not an expense we had wanted but the wrath of mother nature, but well worth the result. Thank you Cook's Landscaping for a job well done.

Great customer service, Charlie Cook is very knowledgeable in his work and truly cares about the customers satisfaction. I will use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to all my friends.. I really enjoyed watching his expert arborist's remove huge trees in a small spaces without any damage to the existing buildings. They all seemed so happy about their work and it gave me a sense of security knowing that I had choosen the right company for the job. Everything was left clean everyday and the workers were very careful and detailed in their jobs.

He also does landscaping and has a designer that will come out and draw up a personally tailored design for our yard, so I think I will take him up on that since I was so pleased with the work he has done so far.
