Old Hickory Estates A Great Place To Live!. Run Far Far Away is very untrue. This may have been true when the pre manager was here but, I've lived here all my life and there are great things for the kids to do and, my kids say they love living here. There is a pool and, A basketball court here. The office looks beautiful after they redid it. We had a huge flood here. An I SAW the manager helping people getting there things out of there flooded homes. She was actually in the water. She has always answered my phone calls. I think she is a lovely lady myself.

run far away untrue. I have lived here for many years and, I have never had a promblem ever since the new manager has been in the office. They have always been good to me and have answered my calls. She runs a wonderful park. I wouldn't wanna live anywhere else

run far away. i live here, unfortunately. there is on-site management, if you could call it that. if you ever call in a complaint and it is not within the posted business hours. i.e. m-f, 8-5 not a holiday it will not be answered.
