I have purchased a dozen cars in my life and this by far was the easiest and less pressured experience. Even traded in a vehicle.

Sharon was great. Worked with her for two days prior to coming in and she followed up and did everything she said she would.

I am a huge HONDA fan and have bought several cars in Nashville from all the Honda dealers in town...Been to and bought from "'old DW" and found out after the sale it did not matter that I spent my money with them...Went to Cre*t and at the dealership no service after the sale...Car had 3 recalls pertaining to windows and they did the recall work as it was an interruption to their day.The work was sloppy and they would not correct it.

Now I decided to go to Trickett Honda (even if it was in Madison and a good 50 min drive for me) was met at the front door by Richard W. and I tell you what....I have been treated like family from that day forward. You will NOT be pressured into buying something that you are not comfortable with and they will work with you on any issue you may have.

If you are interested in meeting a REAL and honest car dealership I highly recommend that you at least check out Trickett and see for yourself...If you are not happy go elsewhere at least you tried.

Don't forget to look for Louis!!!

Beyond excellence! Richard Word has been our salesperson for many years. He makes us feel at ease while getting the best deal possible. The facility is always clean and all personnel are friendly yet not annoying like other dealerships. We will be back as long as this atmostphere and Mr. Word remain.

Great ?? we bought 2 cars a CRV and a Cross tour. Sharon Copper was our sales person and she will be next time too. I have owned my own business for 22 years and I would be proud for her to represent my company. She talked so good about Mr. Trickett that my wife and I feel like we know him. The things she said about Mr. Trickett cause me not to want to buy a Honda from any other dealership. Sharon did not ask me to say these things. We loves our Honda's and we love the experience we had at Trickett.

We have purchased vehicles from Trickett before. It has always been a pleasant experience. This time was no different. The price and trade was fair and Brian and Danny in finance were great to work with even if my kids were going nuts. Thanks guys!

Needed a new vehicle and wanted to get in on end of summer sale deals, had purchased an automobile from trickett once before so decided to return. Had my other car serviced there over the years and always got good service from staff.

Very Good - That is why I am a repeat customer. My 1st. purchase was for daughter, 2nd. for my wife and they both are very happy with the vehicles , but mostly with Bill.
