National chain rustles up rib eyes, T-bones and fillets in a kid-friendly, Lone Star-inspired setting..
In Short
One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.

Smoky and nothing special.
Take this place along with all of the other chain steakhouses in Nashville, put them in a can, shake it up and throw them out. What do you get? Nothing special, bland, overpriced food for the masses. Don't sit anywhere close to the smoking section if you don't smoke because the people smoke like chimneys in there. It ruined my already marginal meal.
