Sometimes I take cars and transfer them myself to Mr. Transmission in order to get service done, but at times I have people who want to go directly out there. They ask me about his integrity and all that. I tell them that if they are not satisfied with him, I'll pay for it. I trust them 100%.

I have been using Jim Mitchell since I opened in 1972, and they have moved since then. They were the first transmission shop I used, so I thought everyone would do business like Jim. After they moved I soon found out that not everybody does transmissions equally. When I took work elsewhere I would have to take it back to Jim for him to fix it right.

They are honest, do what is necessary to fix the car, and once they fix it you don't have to go back. They fix it right the first time.

I have been going to Mr Transmission Madison for probably 15 years now. I have had very few problems, and when I have needed to take something back, they take care of it no questions asked. I have recommended many people to them.

They are honest and their prices are fair. They are not the cheapest, but if I want something fixed right, I go to Mr Transmission Madison.

I had Mr. Transmission of Madison do an extensive repair job on my truck. I would rate them higher than a 5 if I could. First of all, when my heater, evaporator, and radiator went crazy on my truck mid-winter and I was left with no heat and no defrost, they towed my truck to the shop and gave me a ride back to work.

They sent a rental car company to my work, so I would have a car to go home in, and they had my car done in three days. When it was ready, they came and picked me up in my truck and brought me back to the shop. My tow bill was waived because I had the work done at their shop.

It was just an overall good experience. I had no trouble afterward. They gave me a year warranty, so if I did think anything needed to be tweaked, they would take a second look at it to make sure it's put back in the right place. I felt important to them. Whether I was their first or 200th customer, I was made to feel most important. That's what made my experience.

If you want someone working on your vehicle who CARES that it's done right, go to Mr. Transmission. You won't regret it for a minute.

What I can say is, the shop was clean, the mechanics were polite and professional, the manager was informantitve and upfront and the end result was my van was fixed.

Hey Jerry, I thought youd like to know how my car is doing since you replaced the rpm sensor. Well, its perfect. I haven't had any trouble What-so-ever. Its So Nice to drive it without worrying. Thanks so much for not giving up. I really love this car, and hated the thought of selling it. I appreciate your patience and perseverance.
