Set your expectations low. For $475.00, I got a toilet snaked and a wash-out installed in my drain line. Later, I came to discover that the washout access was the most jack-leg fix immaginable. They simply cut a hole in the top of the pipe, set another pipe on top, caulked them together and left. The proper fix would have been to install a "T" into the line.

Once discovered, I emailed a picture of this "fix" and called to follow up. All I wanted was for them to do right but what I got was conjecture and attitude...."I've been a master plumber and have done it this way for 30+ years." Rather than discuss doing it right, he just chose to be defensive. All for the sake of saving about 15-20 minutes of additional digging to do it correctly.

For $475.00, I think I'm right to expect more....at least to have it done right!

Mull's Plumbing Top Notch!. Steve's crew was friendly, courteous, on time and exceptionally helpful. Because I work out of my home, I needed to reschedule w them several times and they were always very accommodating and willing to work with me. The job I had for them involved some crawling around under the home, and they went at it like it was a walk in the park. I highly recommend Steve Mull Plumbing for any plumbing needs you may have!

The guys are great. I own a small farm in Lebanon and have used this outfit a couple time a year for the past 4 or 5 years. I have never met Steve personally, but his technicians have been excellent. I can't say enough good things about them.

I don't know them, I am not related to them.

This is just the real deal.

Oustanding Service & Price. We had an emergency. Called Steve Mull, they came out right away in the morning. Informed us that our tank was full. Dug up access points so that we wouldn't have to. They don't pump septic tanks but they do troubleshooting and septic tank repairs. Once the tank was pumped they came out and repaired the a couple of valves and filled in the holes. Very friendly, prompt, and the cost was half of what I was qouted by other plumbers. Would highly recommend Steve Mull Plumbing.
