White Room

bad. i was going to go to the white room but when i contacted them about a couple of dresses they got nasty with me the site says they have jasmine bridal but when asked it was no we don't carry them and they wanted me to order a dress over the phone with out trying it on…

All around great experience. I decided to go to the White Room after my friend strongly recommended it! She got her gown and our bridesmaids dresses there and the whole experience was fun and easy. Originally, I was out of state when we had to order the dresses and the White Room helped me over the phone. When it was my turn to shop for bridal gowns I was just as impressed in person as I was over the phone! At first I was only allowed to pick a few gowns, but once my consultant pulled more gowns for me I completely understood why. She pulled a gown I never would have liked on the hanger, but I fell in love with it!! My consultant took the time to help me pick out jewelry, veils and bridesmaid dresses. The whole time I never felt rushed or pressured. The White Room is totally worth the drive!!…

don't expect good service. The White Room has a lot of gowns for you to choose from. They were really helpful before I made my purchase...key word, before. I found a beautiful gown that I love and after that, they ignored me, even when I was still shopping for veils etc.

I sent well over 10k worth of business to them through my own wedding and a friends and was never once told "thank you" for any of my purchases. When I bought my veil ($500+), it was given to me all wadded up and terribly wrinkled. When I asked them to steam it they weren't too happy about doing it. I'm not picky...really I'm not, even as a bride...but when you spend that kind of money you expect at least just basic politeness. Of the 6 or so times I have been in the store, I was treated well only once, when I was trying on dresses. After that, I was ignored or treated like a child.…
