Great Experience

I have nothing but good things to say about The White Room. After some bad experiences at some of the others in Nashville i was hesitant to make the hike out to Lebanon but it was well worth it!! They are very helpful, pleasant and organized. They even contacted all my bridesmaids and got their measurements and deposits for me. They did not hound you to buy but they gave you just enough attention. I bought my wedding dress there and my bridesmaids' And their onsite taylor was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend them to all brides.

great wedding dress experience

This was the third place I went to try on wedding dresses. The White Room by far had the greatest variety of dresses. I went to try on dresses on a Saturday and they were completely slammed, but I had made an appointment and I had someone helping me from the moment I walked in the door, even though there were a ton of other people there. I went to pick up my dress on a Tuesday afternoon and it was dead- not a soul in the whole store! KM helped me try dresses on. She was awesome, offering opinions of what I might like, but was not pushy to make me feel like I had to like what she picked out. The process was simple and amazing. My dress came in a couple weeks earlier than we expected and The White Room made sure to call and let me know it was in. Taline helped me when I picked up the dress. She was great helping me try on different bridal slips and shoes. She let me walk around and sit in the dress as long as I wanted. She also helped me try on different veils and made serveral calls about special order veils and called me the next day with all of my requested information.

We did go to the White Room to look at bridesmaid dresses, but had some problems because one of my bridesmaids was just a little bigger than the sample sizes that were available and there was no organization to the dresses. We got a little frustrated and opted for David's Bridal, where the dresses seemed more organized, there were plenty of sizes, and the prices were more reasonable.

If you want someone to care about you, go here. Don't expect to be a queen anywhere you go--everyone that is a customer is a bride just like you, but they will treat you right. The owner is SOOO GIVING. She did EVERYTHING to make my dress, shoes, veil, and jewelry look wonderful.
