Wow Excellent Customer Service. I must say,to see such service in todays market was outstanding. From the service tech to the office staff, it was Customer Comes First. Wow! Bentley's handled it all. The removal, new system installation, the attic insulation, and there was ZERO mess. TOP NOTCH TEAM!

Think Twice. New built home and they undersized the unit by 1 ton, our house can not get cooler than 78 degrees in the summer. Their response, let us clean it; no change and now I have a $150 charge for a unit that won't cool my house. They then asked to have the house inspected for insulation issues(remember, new built house); house passed; Bentleys didn't believe that; they are dodging the obvious, they made a mistake but are making the customer eat the cost of a new unit; STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE;

I called them this summer to speak with the owner, after 8 calls they said he would call me back; never received the call; time again I called and they said, he will get back to you, we promise.... to this day I have not recieved a call.
