DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. We were standing in line at McDonalds. A man was given a wrong drink, took a sip out of it and said this isnt what I ordered. The girl asked for it back and said it went to the people behind him and tried to give the same drink to them. We were all flabbergasted!!!!!!!

The man asked for the management NO ONE could speak English because they all just starred at the man.

Someone came out of the bathroom and said this place is dirty,,,,,,,,here it is suppose to be one of the NEW MCDONALDS but its ran but filth, My children and I just left and went up the street to CLEAN HARDEES. never will stop in Lebanon again while driving through.

A week later my friend reported she was at Red Lobster and heard people talking about how the McDonalds on S Cumberland had gotten so dirty, I hope McDonalds takes care of this problem instead of letting management run it into the ground.
