Principal and Vice Principal suck nuts. this school is a mess not only will ur kid not get breakfast due to cops searching for weapons, the Principal and Vice Principal are rude and treat the kids like crap...ton of bully`s son had tons of problem , i`d what i needed to to report problem and so did my son , they completly droped the ball... good luck hermitage has went to the bird low income trash anymore , the few good parts don`t matter is u got trash living behind u!!!!!

Awesome school w/ awesome teachers. This is a terrific place to send your kids. The teachers are very caring and concerned. The office staff always tries to help and the Principal and Vice Principal are simply the best. When we had an issue, the Principal returned my call far sooner than I expected (on a Sunday, on her own time). The situation worked out fine thanks to a terrific staff. People complain a lot about Metro Schools but it has been simply a joy to deal with this school. I highly recommend this school. The band is awesome, the teachers really care (and this is a middle school). I know that when I was in Middle School, the teachers did not seem to care like these teachers do.
