THIS "CPA" IS A JOKE, WILL CAUSE MORE DAMAGE THAN HELP. Well, we actually have had to submit a complaint with the Nashville BBB in hopes to use it for tax court.

I guess John Poole and his office Mr. Tax of America are ok for simple tax returns but if you have bigger issues with the IRS please save yourself money and disaster by hiring instead a REPUTABLE TAX ATTORNEY, not a wimpy CPA.

If you are a married couple and want to keep your separate tax profiles with the IRS don't go to this business. My husband owes money to the IRS from before we even got married. So he went to John Poole to hire him for help with a letter of compromise.

We asked to keep my husband's taxes separate from mine becuase i have no balce with the IRS, I have always paid my taxes and always file "married filing separately", that was one of our main concerns.

Well, under John Poole's advise i signed a letter where supposedly i aknowledged i am part of the househld. The IRS took this letter as if it was a "married filing joint" return agreement and has now made me liable for my hsuband's balance. My refund for 2009 was applied as a payment for it.

Well, THANKS JOHN FOR CAUSING MORE PROBLEMS THAN WE ALREADY HAD! Now the IRS wants to put a lien on our property, this could affect MY job. I am the only one working right now and my family depends on my wages. HOW CAN YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT JOHN?????????? HOW COULD YOU IGNORE OUR REQUESTS TO MEET WITH YOU AND HAVE YOUR ASSISTANT KATHY PUT HER SAD FACE IN FRONT OF US FOR YOU?

FREAKING COWARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND ON TOP OF THAT HE CHARGED US TO WORSEN OUR SITUATION AND DO WHAT WE TOLD HIM NOT TO DO!
