Sam C. repaired my Samsung TV today
and was so personable and professional. He was very thorough with a helpful spirit. When I called to request the repair Jimmy and Cameron were both helpful with my questions in dealing with Samsung. I was very pleased with the entire experience!
Contacted Samsung about my "white dots"
on screen and explained the concern as fairly new large LED type TV (nice TV) and should not be showing the "white dots" - Samsung customer rep very professional and provided courtesy fix - these TV's are not cheap - anyway courtesy fix and Samsung sent "Sam" out from Gabes. Wow - thought if it was a Sony they would send out "Son" or if it was a Panasonic they would sent out "Pan" - anyway Sam came out and and took care and made all good. Thanks to Samsung, Sam and Gabes TV as all good and minimal time. My poodle liked Sam and the poodle is a good judge of character. Yep - five stars and all thumbs up. Best to Gabes and again another fan of Sam - and will look at Gabes and Sam again for service - - - and of course Samsung. Sam gets a bunch of reviews and party because he works it - good career move, but the job got done. Recommend and all good. Thanks, Rick in Hendersonville . . .

I just had my LED repaired by Sam. He
called me to let me know how long it would take to get to my house and he arrived during that time. He was very polite and knowledgable about my TV. He fixed the problem in no time and I am up and running. Thanks Sam. Also, thanks to Cameron who suggested I work with the manufacturer to get them to pay as a warranty item (I was about 6 months past my warranty and thought they would not honor it..luckily I was wrong). This told me that Gabe's was in my corner, when they easily could have just come out to fix the TV without suggesting I go back to the manufacturer. Gabe's was also able to come out within two days after the manufacturer agreed to pay for the repair. I'm very happy with the results and would suggest calling them with any HDTV issues. Thanks again.
