WALMART AUTO SERVICE CENTER = BAD BAD BAD. I called the Hermitage Walmart today and asked to speak with the auto service center. I talked to a Lady in the service center at 4:21 p.m and asked what time the service center closes and she told me that they close at 7:00 p.m. today (Saturday 02/11/2012). I then asked the Walmart service center employee, How long of a wait is it right now to get an Oil change. The lady told me that there was NO wait. I told her good, I am on my way with my 3 vehicles, and that was the end of out conversation. I called both of my neighbors and asked them if they could help me drive my cars to walmart to get the oil changed in them and they agreed. We arrived at walmart at 4:42 p.m. and we were the only cars in line. I went inside to the service counter and the lady behind the counter told me that they could not do any oil changes this late. ???? I then told her that I just called and talked to them 21 min ago and the lady over the phone told us to come on. She then said sorry but we cant do it today and the techs were just standing around. WOW BAD SERVICE. Please take your business elsewhere. Will NEVER have my cars serviced at the Hermitage Walmart anymore.

What customer service?. I called Wal-mart this morning at 6am to ask about a product. By 7:30am I had still not so much as gotten a HUMAN on the line. Not once. I can only imagine some idiodic woman with fake nails sitting on her ass and chatting with her girlfriend while the phone rings in the back ground for an hour and a half solid. Walmart is crap, they don't care about customers. This is only one of many bad experiances I have had with this store, and so I've decided I am never going to shop with Wal-Mart again. Oh, and I'm even an employee.

Great service at Deli. I dealt with Mike at the Deli. He was helpful and very professional. He went out of his way to assist me & to help me place/reserve my July 4th order! Thanks Mike!

The familiar smiley face representing the world's largest retailer stands for dependably low prices and customer service.. In Short
What started as Sam Walton's vision in 1962 now accounts for more than $200 billion in annual sales. The well-respected discount store emphasizes value, customer care and variety. Thirty-six departments offer everything from shoes to DVD players, including apparel, health and beauty products, electronics, toys, fabrics, craft supplies, jewelry and outdoor equipment. Popular clothing lines include Levi Strauss, Wrangler and No Boundaries. In addition to a wide range of computer equipment, Wal-Mart Connect Internet service is also available.

Deli-Hell. I do not think I have ever had worse customer service at a Deli in my whole life. They are surly, slow to respond, literally walk away in mid service, do not have orders ready (even when called in the day before), do not ask how you want your meat ot cheese sliced, and add their mistakes to your order! I talked to a customer service person who told me that they had received other complaints about them, but nothing had happened. I understand that having a job is important, but please put them somewhere else if they cannot do the work there. I am going back to driving to the Lebanon one rather than deal with the Hermitage one.
