We would never buy a car anywhere else! Being in the service industry for most of my life, I appreciate amazing service and Car smart provides this. We are treated like royalty when we go in to get anything done on the vehicles we have purchased from Car smart from oil changes to repair work. This type of service does not go unnoticed or unrecognized. My husband and I will recommend Guy Alfieri and his team to our closest family and friends and anyone else looking to buy a vehicle.

Steer clear of this place. Nothing but crooks and a whole bunch of dishonesty. I need not waste my time speaking of my entire experience that I am still enduring, but I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.

The ONE THING for which we asked was a van that seated our whole family (eight people) Then they lied about it in two ways, even after it was in writing. This was specifically Brian Hampton, and the owner Guy Alfieri was also unresponsive to my calls. (1) Supposedly, they had such a van, but Brian would order the bucket seat that clips between the captain chairs. Then they realized it was the wrong model that doesn't use the bucket seat (2) Then Brian said would find a comparable replacement We visited a few times to follow-up, and Brian was "working on it". But I could only follow-up so many times and waste my time before I got so angry that I had to walk away

CarSmart in Hendersonville is by far the best place to buy a car,

They found me the exact kind of car I was looking for and let me use a car untill it came in, they also put new tires on it without me even asking them to.

The owner got involved in my sale and I have never been treated that good by any other car dealer in my life.

This is the 2nd car I have bought from them and will not be the last.

THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE. CARSMART was and still is very attentive to our car needs.. I purchased 2 vehicles from them in 02/12 and couldnt be more pleased with the customer CARE and service they gave us.. They are by far the most attentive and caring dealership I have EVER had dealings with.. Stop in and see for yourself.. Ask for GLEN and tell him Lynn sent you!!!

Very Satisfied. I am very happy with the service I received at Car Smart when purchasing my new car. They gave me a really great deal and found the best financing around! bought at Carsmart again and again and again..... Bought my first car there in 2003. since then I have bought from no one else, I havent even looked. Over the years I have bought 7 vehicles from Carsmart. (land rover, yukon, explorer, tahoe, suburban, cargo van) even when they didnt have exactly what I wanted on the lot, they went out and found it.

The sales staff and ownership has done everything in their power to make sure that I not only am happy with this purchase, but want to know that I trust them enough to send them my friends and family. Which by the way, I have done over and over.

Buying a car. Just like to say the guys at Cars mart are great they did everything to get my Wife and I in a car that fits our budget I have bought 8 cars from these guys and I will be back when its time to trade again They dont pressure you in to any thing

Best Car purchase to date!. This Dealership went extreme lengths to find me the car I was looking for. Customer Service A++. I am a very satisfied customer that will be returning for any future purchases.
