Buyer beware. We let them do an analysis on our pool water. It was very slightly off balance. We bought $$$ of pool chemicals from them and followed their directions carefully. I'll spare you the details, but following their advice messed up our pool so bad that it took 2 weeks and another $100 worth of chemicals to fix their mistake.

We have since found another place to buy our pool supplies AND get pool advice. Shop there if you want, but you can get everything you need for half the price somewhere else. And no, they will not let you return the hundreds of dollars of stuff that you didn't need in the first place. Any of the other pool places around here do it better than these guys.

Fox Pools and Spas. After looking at above ground pools at Pool and Spa depot , Family Leisure, and many companies online, I finally found Fox pools and spa in Hendersonville. I have a pain disease and my dr. wants me in water every day. I called the store and when Brian, the salesman, was telling me the store hours, He said," We are a Faith based business and are not open on Sundays". That meant so much to me.

My husband and I went to the store last Sat. They were welcoming to us as soon as we got out of the car. We walked in and asked if Brian was there and he came to us in just a minute after arriving.

We went out and looked at the above ground pools and the steps and ladders with the pools. After answering our questions outside, we were brought into Brian's office and he explained everything to us. We were so impressed, we bought our pool on the spot. Fox pools has already sent out their gentleman to help us figure out the right spot in the yard to place our pool. We will be having the pool installed in 2-3 weeks. I am very excited to have found a company who greets you like friends and will spend as much time with you as you need. I will finish my review after the pool has been installed. They have a pool school the end of April to teach us how to maintain our pool and they are having an open house on April 16th. The reps from the different companies will be there and you can bet I will be there. I would like to thank Brian for being so kind and knowledgeable with us. Great Service. Very enjoyable time working with Fox Pools this last season. Very helpful staff and the location is ideal because I have a restaurant right down the road called Woody's Steak House. So their location was perfect for me.
