Staff is rude and not helpful. I live in another town, visited this walgreens after a dr's appt in hendersonville- first and foremost the lady at the RX counter acted like I was asking for her life savings when i asked her to put the rx in the system so they would be ready on my way home and i could pick them up (i know they can do this) so i decided to get them filled there instead and asked her to let me know when they were done- as i'm walking around i asked the lady in the cosmetics counter something, again very rude and short. got a drink - paid up front again while i am waiting and yet another rude employee. the next part they never call me on the intercom to let me know my rx are ready i go back there and she says oh yeah they are done...... i have a few more things, some candy that clearly in the ad states they are on sale ring up wrong... she says oh yeah that happened earlier (and you didn't get it corrected??? ) she continues to ring it up and tells me i will have to go up front and ask for a manager to get it corrected- well nevermind- i will just lose the $1.50 i would rather not have had another encounter with anyone else in that store. they seriously need some training in customer service!!!!
