We were travelling from LA to OH and had car trouble. We got to Best One right before they closed, so Kathy referred us to another garage down the street that was open later (scored big points for Best One!). That garage ended up being closed for the week, so we ended up back at Best One.
Everyone we talked to there was very friendly & helpful. They were able to look at my car first thing the next morning. Although they weren't able to figure out what was making my car die, they were very helpful & ended up not even charging us for checking it out.
We were very vulnerable & desperate and knew absolutely nothing about the area since we were from out of town & they could have easily taken advantage of us, but didn't. That's "not how we operate" as one guy said (a manager, I assume).
So BIG thanks to Kathy, Ed, & everybody there for affirming the fact that there ARE good people out there who won't rip you off just because they can!
I still don't know what's wrong with my car, but we did make it home (in case y'all read this!).
