great service lots of parts. needed some parts. a friend sent me to tennessee speed sport. I'm glad he did. not only did i get what I need they showed me around the wharehouse man do they got the parts car/truck/performance. as good as any internet price i could find. they even match internet prices.I'll be back!

TSS has my vote!. I have been shopping at Tennessee Speedsport for several years now and have yet to be disappointed. There's not another store around that has near the inventory they do. They stock tons of parts for several different vehicles ive had over the years and always give great service. I will definitely be shopping there for a long time

Great TSS service that will have you talking. The great service from Tennessee Speed Sport will have you running back for all your auto needs and have your vehicle running even better. A great showroom was available only to be made better by the fantastic service I got. These people aren't messing around when it comes to getting you what you need to keep your vehicle moving.

The service I got from behind the counter was patient and insightful as to helping me get in, out, and back on the road. This is the kinda place with good service that would make me want to tell my friends and co-workers about buying their parts there.

Inept. I ordered two parts from them that they had to order from the manufacturer. I was only shipped one. When I call to let them know they said they would call the manufacturer to get it taken care of. Nothing. It took me another three phone calls over as many weeks to finally find out that the manufacturer had shipped them there. Why TSS didn't feel the need to call me and let me know this? I can only imagine - but laziness and ineptitude come to mind as possibilities. It's a shame places like this stay in business.

TERRIBLE SERVICE*********. I've been going to Tennessee Speed Sport for a long time, but for the last couple of years they are a JOKE! Every time I go in there are a bunch of lazy punks behind the counter that lie about everything! Just today I called from Gallatin and asked for a certain part before driving 40 miles and i asked them twice if they had it in stock and both times but hole said yes. Guess what when I arrive to purchase the product they don't have it!! Told me they could get it in a few days but not sure how long it would take. They wouldn't even call to see how long it would take, just sit there behind the counter and looked at me! Last time I will ever go there and I hope others will do the same!!

Wonderfull Service. I had a wonderful experience with these folks, they had a very hard to find item-instock, and when I went to pick it up, they were very courteous and friendly. I am a woman and service writer/parts finder at a local repair shop, I talk to parts stores all day everyday, and found the sales people here very accomodating. I will go there again in the future.

Speed?. They've yet to stock any performance part I've needed for my Corvette. I guess if I wanted neon for my Honda, this would be the place to go.

Motorheads Need People Skills. They may think they are "motorheads" but lacking in the people skills!!! Doesn't play well with women asking questions. Holidays are a problem for women trying to get the perfect gift for their spouses and we depend on your help! We own 3 Mustangs and purchased thousands $$ from you in the past, NOT ANY MORE, we will take our business elsewhere.
