Waste of time. I was recommended to these folks and the owner, a guy named Tim, was nice enough to come out and take a look at my property for an estimate. Never mind that Tim was about an hour late and I was on my lunchbreak to meet him, but hey - at least he showed.

Anyway, Tim seems pretty sharp. He has some really good ideas, sketches a few things out, seems to have all the answers, and says he'll email me an estimate by the end of the week. Well, sure enough, I never heard back from Tim. I called the B&T office about two weeks later, figuring maybe they lost my number or something. When I ask why I haven't gotten that estimate yet, a very nice secretary tells me "oh, well, Tim is just really bad at getting back to people - that's why we don't let him go out and do estimates anymore". Did I mention that this guy Tim is an OWNER of the company?! I am just shocked that the owner of the company is so unprofessional, but the nice secretary assures me that Tim will work up that estimate first thing in the morning and email it to me in 24 hours.

Guess how that worked out? I'm still waiting and it's five months later!

This is one of the most unprofessional outfits I've ever seen (except for that secretary). Don't waste your time with B&T because they're sure not going to waste their time on you!
