Maybe made a bad decision. First of all let me say, I am not a complainer about these things. In fact, I hardly ever write reviews on anyone or anything. In this case, I feel it is neccessary you take this message to heart before buying a car with Alexander Toyota. I bought a '09 Toyota Yaris from them and it has been a nightmare from the word "go." The car is great. The only thing that is an issue is getting it serviced for issues that were wrong with it at the time I bought it (i.e. window making wierd noises, A/C smells, weird engine noises). When I dropped if off for repair, one of the servicemen told me "Well, since the engine noise is making a 'faint' sound [as opposed to a real loud sound], we aren't going to look into that." I was shocked by this. I couldn't believe that he would tell me that. I replied, "Even if it is a faint noise, it can still be a big deal." After dealing with multiple people, I finally got through to someone who had some sense. As of this point, I have been without my car for 4 days now as they have been going back and forth about why they can't/won't look at it. I am a firm believer in Toyota. I believe I have made a good purchase. I am afraid I may have went with the wrong dealer. Please keep this in your mind as you consider buying from them. They will sell you a car with no problem. If you have a warrenty issue, get ready for a fight!

sincere compliments on your Mt. Vernon staff. The celebration luncheon could not have run more efficiently or smoothly. Under Jenny's keen supervision, The service personnel considerately maintained the buffet lines and provided timely and polite service to all. Vernra and nellie were exceptional. Lastly, Please express a heart felf " THANK YOU" to all the cooks behind-the-scene kitchen assistants. The food was delicious and its presentation was lovely. The result of their hard work was enjoyed by all. How i wish they could have heard all the well deserved comments. Mr. Frazee, sincere compliments on your Mt. Vernon staff, Indeed you may be proud

Very personalized service. The manager who greeted me recognized that Sarah is the person I normally deal with...just by telling him my last name. That is very personalized service! Also, the waiting area is very comfortable. Thanks for the water!

Its a friendly enviroment. I have purchased several cars from this dealership and have always been impressed with there customer service. From the sales associate to the service department all the way to the general manager. Its a friendly enviroment and love meeting and talking to the staff. I encourage everyone to stop in and experience it for yourself..
