Horrible Customer Service. I paid $40 for UV Gel Nails and I pay for this type of service cause my nail polish last 2-3 weeks longer than if I get a normal manicure. By the 2nd day the gel was chipping on my nails. I went into the shop to complain and the manager said it was my fault and I didn't take care of my nails. She kept pointing to her other customer and stated that she didnt have any complaints, so it must just be an issue with me. I had to remind her multiple times that I am not the other customer so her experience has nothing to do with my issue. I stated that if the nail tech was not on the phone the entire time she was doing my nails that maybe she would have did my nails correctly and the manager, Molly stated that it doesn't matter if she was on the phone or not, if I would have taken care of my nails better the paint would not have chipped. We went back and forth and the best resolution she could offer was for me to pay another $40 and have my nails redone. She also kept telling me that I wasn't in the shop the previous week, basically calling me a liar about when I came to the shop. I dug my receipt out of my purse and then she stated I should have came back within 7 days and today was the 8th day. This is horrible customer service at it's best. This is the location in the Cool Springs Galleria and I suggest you stay clear of it if you are looking for a good experience because you won't get it at Rose's Nails.
