Avoid Beethovens. Service was friendly but terrible. Food was medicore and much overpriced for quality. The manager very unprofessional and rude. This was a group meeting which could have been much repeat business. Do not waste your money or time.

Interesting review.... Considering that last rave review was from the owner of Beethoven's I sure hope he had a good experience. Regardless, the bar is nice and the food is good but the place is too smoky now that people flock there since there are so few options to smoke it up. Wouldn't be so bad if they upgraded there smokefilter systems. Bartenders are friendly too.

Great food, excellent service..... Love the place, go there alot to play billards. Had my wife's 45th birthday there in the Wine Cellar Room. Great service and great food. Also enjoy the patio because they do not allow smoking even though it is out doors. Highly recommend......

Great Steaks.... Love the food, alway great everytime my wife and I go there. What I really love is the patio area with the fountain. Highly rate!!!!!! I had my wife's 39th suprise birthday party in the "Wine Cellar Room and everything was outstanding....

NEVER EAT HERE!. This was the most disappointing dining experience I've ever had. It was my first visit back to Beethoven's in about 3 years. They used to have excellent steaks, but the one I had tonight I could have ordered at Waffle House. Our server was slow, disappeared for half the meal which was odd, because the place was empty on a Saturday night. Most restaurants will bring you a glass of water when you order wine with your meal. He never would have brought us a glass until we asked. Which I did halfway thru my meal, and at that, we were only served 1 glass of water. At this point we were so fed up with the entire experience we didn't even bother asking for anything but the check. That's another reason to never visit this place- completely overpriced. Not only was the food generic and overpriced, the atmosphere was completely unappetizing. The restaurant stinks, it literally smells bad because it still has a smoking section. The decor is outdated and the elevator music playing throughout the dining room was worse than the kind of music you hear in the waiting room at the dentist office. I would not recommend this restaurant if it was the last restaurant on earth! This was 1 hour and $75 of my life that I will never get back.

Customer service not that important to them. This place was pretty slow for a Sat night that should have been our first clue. The food was just okay, but we had presented a coupon before we even ordered. The waitress looked at it and said good. We ordered, ate and when she presented the check she said we couldn't use our coupon and she spoke to the manager and there was nothing that he could do about it. When I reminded her we showed it to her before we even ordered she agreed that she made a mistake, but basically too bad for us. We will never go back there....it was our first and last visit.

P!ss Poor -- At best.
This place should ONLY be visted if EVERYother eatery in Cool Springs is jammed full and your looking for a open seat.
Why? The poorest service in town, bar none.

Burgers. This was the best burger I had in a long time. The flavor is wonderful. The best time to go is during football season because they have a great deal. Make sure to sit on the bar side.

Hamburger. By far the best hamburger I have ever had. I only sit at the bar, which has many TV's. Multiple people from work go just for the burger. I dont know how they do it, but the flavor and quality of meat is unlike anything I ever have had.

Best Brunch anywhere!. We tried Beethovens Grill for brunch on Sunday. It was the best I have ever had! The selections included the usual breakfast fare as well as glazed salmon, eggs benedict (prepared perfectly), beef stroganoff and your choice of at least 7 or 8 different desserts including tiramisu and boston cream pie. also included fresh veggies and fruit. great food. the service was not all that great, but it was buffet so all you need from your waiter is a cup of coffee.
