Rush order. I have gone to this McDonald's multiple times since it is on my way to work and multiple times they have gotten my order wrong! This morning not only was my order wrong but it was also COLD. The people in the drive-thru are so busy rushing you through that they don't take the time to do anything not even hear what you are ordering UGH!!
Burgers, sandwiches, Happy Meals and all things fried and grilled draw families and fans to the world-famous Golden Arches..
In Short
The intoxicating smell of golden fries cooked to crispy perfection and succulent burgers sizzling on the grill permeates the space, while a lively chatting and munching crowd maintains a laidback vibe at this famous fast food haunt. Hungry patrons of all ages and walks of life order classic favorites like the Big Mac, Chicken McNuggets, and the Filet-O-Fish sandwich. As for breakfast (it is the most important meal of the day, after all), this drive-thru king offers both sweet and savory morning meals like the Egg McMuffin and Hotcakes, as well as flavored iced coffees for a much needed java jolt.
Oh My God!.
I went in this morning, after the early morning surge, to get a group of things for my office. First, I think the woman taking orders would have broken her face if she smiled...she was one stone lady. While I was waiting, a lady my age (silver hair anyway) complained to the young manager about charging for water. She stated that the other store in Cool Springs did not charge. He said "sorry, but that's store policy" and as she walked away said "Sorry Sweetie!". I told him that it was not polite to say "Sweetie" to an older lady that you did not know, to which he replied "Whatever!".
It took forever to get my food.
I won't go back...I will drive the extra 1/4 of a mile to the other Micky D's!
