chili's used to be my favorite restaurant.
On Wednesday evening the 27th of July, 2011 around 7:00 pm, my boyfriend and I were dining at the restaurant in cool springs. The service and the food we ordered was absoutley the pits! My boyfriend ordered a steak and asked if he could have it plain with no seasonings and of course the waitress said sure. when the steak was bought out it was completely covered in tomatoes and whatever else. He ordered it medium well and it came rare. Once again, he firmly said no seasoning.and I want it medium well. It came back once again the same way and not even a clean plate! ouch! I had asked several times for a diet coke, 20 minutes later I got it along with the dressing I asked for on my salad. To make matters worse, when the bill came, we were then charged for two steaks!! OUCH!!! This must have been a really bad night for the employes because everything we asked for either took 20 min or was undercooked and never did the server or the waitress hear the words PLAIN!!!!!! For a lighter note my dog had a good dinner that night.

Families and an after-work crowd come to this relaxed Tex-Mex chain for sizzling fajitas and a buzzing bar scene..
In Short
Festive decor of colorfully tiled tables, vintage photographs and sunny Southwestern accents welcomes an all-ages crowd at this informal hangout. Youngsters and their parents pile into dining room booths; casual business types toss back margaritas and watch televised sports at the bar. The menu features mild versions of Lone Star state favorites, from double-basted baby back ribs and steak fajitas to red-beef chili and deep-fried onions.
