Best meal that I have eaten out in a long time!.
My mother and I were visiting Nashville for a weekend shopping trip, and had originally had reservations at the Melting Pot. After finding out about the $100+ price tag for two people, we opted for Red Lobster instead. We weren't all that excited, and were in fact a little disappointed that we were ending up going somewhere we could go back home.
But I am honestly glad we went! The service was fantastic, our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing. We both had a lobster and shrimp platter, and a big hot fudge filled cookie for dessert! It was the best meal we had during out entire trip, and the best that I have had in a long time!

Casual crustacean-inspired chain serves up diet-defying seafood dishes in a family-friendly environment..
In Short
Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.

Great service!.
My husband and I usually do not dine in chain restaurants, but we recently went to Red Lobser because we wanted seafood. It was a great experience. We were immediately greeted at the door by friendly faces (asking how our day was!), and a great server. It really seemed as if they cared.
