WOW ! seriously?! just picked up my $100 flower arrangement. Flowers are half dead and brown and the arrangement looked more like a $45-$50 arrangement. Very disappointed - won't be back.

Excellent Customer Service. The staff at Franklin Flower Shop is great and very helpful. They are always looking for ways to better serve their customers and the flower look fantastic. I just recently placed an order and the arrangement was wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a elite florist in the Nashville area.
