And I don't have 3 women trying to get me for child support,. Your the only crazy one. And the other 2 see that. But trust me you will get what is coming to you. If all these girls want to come after me and my wife then they can. They have the right we didn't steal the money from them. and also we didn't close the store Bob Knowles did. I have the proof where we SOLD THE STORE BACK TO HIM. But why am I explaining myself to you? But if trust me if things doesn't get over turned. I will be seeing blake you are so making this hard on yourself. You have my number so if you want to talk and work this out before the shit hits the fan then you need to call me. Oh yea to all you girls that had to pay for your dresses email me at rickybeck25@gmail and copy your receipt in the email and I will get you your money back. there is alot that went on that yall didn't see or would understand. Most of yall have my cell number anyway. Oh yea if I stole from hud guthrie they guy that owns gutheries number one why am I helping him find and open locations in Tn and I am going hunting with him to tx. Your a goober head ashley. I would stop running your mouth before its to late.
Horrible Customer Service. I went to the Bridal Gallery after searching EVERYWHERE for a bridal gown. I have curves and the staff said I could try on a size 4 to "see what it looked like". When I finally agreed to this I was placed in a room to try the dress on and was offered no help and was extremely embarrassed while trying to squeeze my size 12 body into a size 4. I left the store feeling horrible about myself. NO bride should be treated like this or feel this way!!! Go elsewhere if you are not a size 4!!!
UNABLE TO REFUND FOR ITEMS BRIDE NEVER RECEIVED. While in the store my sister and I had a great experience. I was able to find a headpeice that was perfect for quite a bit less than I had seen in other shops/internet. My sister bought me a levely bracelet to wear for my wedding reception. I also found a great pair of shoes, butthey did not have in my size in the store . They charged my card (over 100.oo) and said they would order them the next business day. I received a call that the shoe had been discontiued. I asked that they refund my card and was told they were unable to do so and a refund check would be mailed. 3 weeks nad several phone calls to the shop later I have received no check. There have been mulitple excuses, but no action. I can not even get the owner to call me personally despite repeated requests. I would not do business again with this shop nor recommend them!
LOST GOWN. The Bridal Gallery of Franklin began carrying the line of dress I had looked at for 2 years. No one else near Tn. carried this line. I went to the trunk show, found "the dress" and paid for it in full. I got a phone call from them two months before the wedding saying the dress had shipped and should be in the store by the end of that week... I am now, THREE weeks away from my wedding and my dress has been lost for a month. The store people aren't telling me anything. They only say "we'll call you as soon as we LOCATE it". "Don't worry." Yeah right, any bride to be knows how easy it is to set aside all fears... especially when it comes to having your wedding dress on time and fitting well. I just hope they make it right at this point. No phone calls yet, not even to say we're working on it... If you want a stress free gown experience, I would probably go somewhere that really cares about it.
Incredibly Unprofessional and rude staff...Not worth your time. I went to Bridal Gallery of Franklin several months ago only to be severely disapointed. The selection was subpar and the staff was worthless. Once I had picked out several dresses I was brought to the dressing area which was small and cramped. The consultant left my mother and I to put on the dresses (which neither of us had done before). No additional help was given after that and my mother had to search the sales floor in order to try on veils. The owner has no idea what inventory they have and in my opinion is a bumbling idiot. He is completely rude and clueless as to how to treat customers. I would, under no circumstance whatsoever, shop at this store again. I was completely UNDERwhelmed by the staff, management and dress selection. I ended up purchasing my dress at Jacqueline's Bridal in Nashville which was a wonderful experience.
Great Service and attention to detail.. I read the reviews here and was nervous about trying out the store. However, I was shopping around for the best deal and decided to give it a try. I was really surprized about how professional the girls in the store were and how up to date with the latest trends and fashions the manager, Angela, was. She even gave me some great money saving ideas. I told her about how I hadn't expected too much given some of the reivews I read and it turns out that the store, while it retained it's name was bought by another bridal store and is under completely new management. Anyway, I ended up getting my dress there and I was 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend this store.
From the moment I arrived I felt like i was being rushed. They told me to pick a few dresses and come on back to the fitting rooms. I did so and went back. The dressing rooms are tiny and just have a curtain. Barely enough room for 2 people (takes 2 people to put on most wedding dresses.) I put on the dresses walked out and my consultant never said a word just stared at me. So i tried on another one.. same response.. nothing. While i was tring on dress 3 a walk-in bride showed up and my consultant went to help her. After that I was no longer being helped. As my mother and I stood there waiting for my consultant to talk to me we noticed she was talking and interacting and helping the walk in more. I did find a dress me and my mother loved, and when I finally got my consultant's attention again i ask her about how to order it. She asked me my size and i told her i didnt know because none of the size 6-8 dresses would zip on me. I then asked of she would measure me to see what size i would need. She measured me right there at the register infront of everyone.. how embarrising. I had on heavy clothing too. She measured me at a size 18, and told me I at that size i would have pay an upcharge for a bigger size. I didnt think the size was right because she measured me with my winter clothes on. I left feeling unhelped and frustrated. I went to a more people friendly shop, found the exact dress for 250.00 cheaper and got into and zipped a perfect size 12! Glad I left FBG, if i had ordered a size 18 dress and waited 3-4 months for it to come in and be way too big I would have cried.
This new Franklin Bridal Gallery is nothing like the old one! I went to the old one last year just for the fun of it to see some dresses before he proposed and had a wonderful time. The new location is very small, they are not friendly, and just see you as the next person in line. The old owners and staff were great, but those days are gone.
Do Not Use The Bridal Gallery of Franklin. I was a bridesmaid for my best friends wedding and she picked dresses from here. These are the most unprofessional people i have ever encountered. They were rude to everone including the mother of the bride. They ruined my dress and it was one week before thewedding. They did refund my alteration fees, but they did not refund any money on my nearly 200.00 dollar dress. They flat out refused. I could do nothing more than wear the dress as it was or pay to have someone else fix it. This was after four trips from Murfreesboro to Franklin for alterations and mis-fittings. They were not only rude but insulting as well, telling me that they weren't magicians and couldn't put my body in that dress as well as some other hurtful things. Mind you this was to my face, as well as behind my back. I was unable to throw a complete fit as they still had another bridesmaids dress and we felt they would ruin her's on purpose. Do not use them for anything. The stress and frustration that was caused as well as the money put out was horrible. Save yourself the time and energy and deal with more professional vendors.
Don't buy from this bridal shop!!. I would not recommend this bridal store. I ordered my bridesmaid's dresses from here and the service had been awful. They refused to give me a fabric swatch until I complained to the manager. One of the bridesmaid dresses came in damaged, which is not their fault. However, instead of trying to help us, they tried to convince us it was fine. Getting alterations there has been a nightmare. They will not do alterations if you have taken the dress home, but they don't tell you this before you leave with the dress. They are difficult to schedule alterations with. Twice the alterations person has either not shown up or canceled and appointment. Also, they have been rude to me, my mother and my bridesmaids. I'm so sorry I ordered my bridesmaids have had to deal with this place. I will never shop here again.
I have mixed feelings. I got married there in 2003. I love the wedding chapel and the reception area, that was beautiful. However, my wedding planner left about 2 months before my wedding. The lady that took over didn't see or look at the things that my first wedding planner had made. At the reception we were missing drinks, peanuts, mints, etc. She said I was suppose to bring things and that is not what I agreed to. I know they were little things, but a lot of little things add up to be big things. It's a beautiful place, but I can't recommend it for a wedding. It's all about details on your wedding day, and they looked over a lot of details on my wedding day. I was disappointed. Especially for the money that you pay.
