Very sweet people. They are a little hard to get a hold of, but when you do, you feel very taken care of. The pick up service is A+. He is always on time and has a smile on his face. He has also picked up items that I didn't expect him to take due to the size, etc. Would recommend them!! :)

Small Mom and Pop business and WONDERFUL people and service! Never had the first problem. Very reasonable rates also. I love the back door service which you cannot find anywhere anymore!

Just try getting them on the phone, I dare you. And, forget emailing. I keep calling and am slightly glad to hear the good-old busy signal, but for a business to be this behind the times is sad.

When they used to come around on time they did an awesome job, so I do recommend them. I only wish I could talk to someone about coming around again. I am paying and the garbage is stacking up.

Can;t ask for anything more. The folks at Southall Sanitation go above and beyond when it comes to picking up. Courteous, reliable and efficient. They are the best!

Southall Sanitation. I have been a customer for years. I have never had a problem. The nut that gave the negative review probably lives in lala land and has problems with everything and everybody. Thank you Southall for many years of wonderful service.

best ever. i don't know what this other persons problem is but southall is the best service i have ever received. I guess you have to be a good customer as well. It goes both ways. I have never called and the phone was not answered. Maybe you are just rude and hateful and they were tired of fooling with you.

Worst Experience Ever. DO NOT USE!!!!! awful customer service. does not answer the phones. Owner refused to pick up trash until i paid for service in advance......WHAT???? After 3 weeks of the run around and no service was told to find someone else. JUST HORRIBLE!!! Must not want or need any customers
