Horrible dishonest owners.
We attempted to check in and were told that they only had $125 jacuzzi rooms. Called the 800# and were able to reserve a $41 room. Went back and the owners again tried to raise the rate. Were going to try and charge a pet fee for a pet friendly chain. Told us that our dog had torn up carpet before, although we have never checked in with a dog. The last time we stayed was over a year ago, and without a pet. The only reason they denied us a room is because we are travelers, and showed up with backpacks. The area is over run with bums around the motel, so they tried to make like we were local bums who have tore up there already crappy rooms. We have stayed at Motel 6 locations cross country, and this is the first time we have ever ran into such dishonest rude owners. We ended up across the street at the Super 8, and I'm glad we are here. The rooms here are much nicer. Thanks for nothing Motel 6 Dickson. You have horrible business practices.
