What's with the long faces?. I agree with the previous comments. I recently went to purchase glasses and was completely ignored for 30 minutes; the store was not busy at the time. When the tall gentleman finally helped me, he looked very aloof, as if my presence was an irritation. I decided to take a closer look at him, and although he was wearing a suit, his shirt was dirty - as if it had been worn several times. The lady at the counter was not friendly either.

Needless to say, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I'm unable to rate the quality of their product, but the general attitude towards customers gave me serious doubts about customer service after the sale.

Terrible Customer Service and Negitive Atmosphere. Terrible customer service. As the first comment said, the young man at the front desk was rude and when he talks to you he intentionally looks at something else like he could care less about you and your glasses, your really annoying him by making him do his work and the overall environment and atmosphere is the same way! I can't believe that we are here excited to make purchasing glasses fun and the workers are creating a miserable experience overall for anyone who steps foot in the door. I watched and studied it. It was the same for everyone. I couldn't wait to get out of the place and I truly think everyone felt the same. The only reason they could possibly be happy is because they like there glasses. This should be a fun experience for people.

Good Exam by optomitrist, poor service by lab tech. Front desk great, doc great, but when I went to pick up frames, the young man who placed the lens into the frames was rude, unpleasant to his co-workers, and created an unfortunate environment as a customer.

My wife went there for contacts + glasses and had the same experience.

Thank You. I broke my glasses and needed to get my daughter's eyes examined as well. They were able to see my daughter and myself as a walk-in early in the morning.
