Scam Artists

This place is a complete rip off. Every horrible thing that has happened to other people here has happened to us as well. We first took our car here because it was close to the apartment building we live in. The first few times they charged an exhorbitant rate but the car ran so we sucked it up and paid. It would be fine for a few weeks and then the very thing that they claimed to have fixed broke AGAIN! As if this is not bad enough they have had the car this last time for now nearly a month and today when my husband went to pick it up said it would be done by tomorrow and they "just got it into an open dock". After a month? Business is that good!?!?! Ridiculous! We also have now found that the GPS that I bought my husband for Christmas was stolen because they left the car open with the keys inside overnight. No one has apologized or said anything other than we have to file a police report and "maybe" their insurance will cover it. Warning to anyone considering taking your car this bag of incompetent mechanics but very able con-men, DONT! Only 1 person has written anything good about them and they posted twice, that's probably the owner trying to drum up business, if not then that one was the exception and not the rule...

Shaddy Business

This is the worst place ever. They kept my car for over three weeks. They did $1500.00+ in repairs and still did not even fix my car. They recommended a new engine after the repair bill had already reached a large amount. I explained to the owner of the business from day one that I did not want to put a lot of money into the car. I am seeking legal action against this company.

WORST AUTOMOBILE REPAIR SHOP IN THE NASHVILLE AREA

This is the worst auto repair shop I have ever encountered. My mother's car broke down on the side of the road on the 4th of July. She was unaware of their reputation, so she had the car towed to their shop. They told her the problem was the fuel pump. They installed a new one, but the car still would not start. Then they told her someone had poured gas in her tank and the entire fuel system had to be cleaned out. So they removed the gas tank and cleaned it, replaced the fuel filter and checked the fuel lines. Next they told her they didn't know if someone had poured gas in her tank or if she just got bad gas. They recommended cleaning the undercarriage of the car because it had oil accumulated underneath it and it could catch fire. Then they changed out the spark plugs without my mom's permission and were preparing to replace all 6 fuel injectors! We removed the car from their care and towed it to Jim Reeves Chevrolet. They found that Auto Advantage had shorted out the cam sensor, not connected the fuel line to the fuel filter, damaged the clip to the fuel filter, crushed a hose clamp on the top of the tank wiring harness causing the clamp to cut the wire, the fuel sensor seal was not installed properly and the terminals were damaged. We paid Auto Advantage $621 to pick up a car that would not run. Then we paid $85 to tow it to Jim Reeves, and $783 to Jim Reeves to fix their mistakes. NEVER take your vehicle to this place!!!!!! This shop doesn't even deserve one star, but this system does not allow you to leave it blank.
