Called and they price matched on fron hub bearing for Ford Sporttrac. Be careful though because parts come in varying degrees of quality. they took me to work and had my vehicle fixed by 1:00 pm. Received nice call from them stating their hours of operations, final price. they seemed to have the process down pretty well to me. they did check the brakes and told ready for new pads, which I knew I was anytway but good to hear this. Overall great experience...Truck working fine so far.

I called to talk about getting a tune up. I told whoever it was what kind of vehicle it is (4WD Xterra). I explained I took it to the Nissan dealership in Cool Springs and they wanted to charge $380 and before I could even complete the rest of the sentence the man cut me off and said, That's about right. I just got a tune up last year and paid $250... I explained to him I had already purchased the parts. He then said, very snippy, he couldn't use them. So I asked how much he thought it would be then including the parts and he said, Well, $380 in a tone that would indicate I was an idiot for even having to ask. I would rather change the damn spark plugs, etc myself then deal with people that can't even speak civilly to potential customers. I guess they think they are so good they don't have to.

I had a real problem with my car and he was upfront and honest with me. Even though he was not busy today and could have worked on it, he said it would take all day and might not get done today. Since I live in Clarksville and did not have a way to get home I am able to take it home to get it worked on. I would definately do any repair work with Rhea int he future.
