Worst experience at a spa. I was so looking forward to my daughters visit from out of town and I booked pedicures at what I thought was a very nice spa. It was the worst customer service I have ever had. There was another customer who had just had a baby, which is a wonderful thing to celebrate, but all the attendants were gathered around her and totally ignored us for a long time. When they did come over to do our pedicures, the person doing mine went on and on very loudly about how dry and rough my feet were and they were the absolute worst she has ever seen and completely embarassed me in front of my daughter. I have had several pedicures before and since and have never been told that my feet are so awful. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what. I have never and will never go back nor would I recommend this spa to anyone. What a disappointment!!

Great spa experiences. Have used the spa several times during 2011 and been completely satisfied. Nice, warm, clean environment with curteous and helpful staff. Therapists are very good and inquire about any concerns. Waiting areas and locker areas much more spa like than other Nashville spas I have visited, including those which are more expensive.

Facility is hidden in an outside mall in the Brentwood area and a little difficult to find, but once you get there, the search is well worth it. You will feel refreshed for the next week.

Saturday Bliss. Me and my husband had a couples massage on a busy Saturday. We arrived early and spent a few minutes in the steam room. Our massage therapists were friendly and professional. The massage lasted a full sixty minutes. They book extra time for changing so you don't lose any time. It was a wonderful way to spend our Saturday. We will be going back!

Just what I needed!. My life had been so stressful lately. My husband bought me a gift card and insisted that I go and relax. The front desk girls were so friendly and made me feel comfortable from my first step into the spa.

I changed into a robe and put my belongings into a locker. I had a hydrotherapy body soak, a massage, a facial and a manicure pedicure. The soak was warm and so relaxing. I had a choice of male or female massage therapist, which was nice. My therapist was prompt and asked if I had any areas that needed attention. It was an all over magical experience.

The facial left my skin soft and hydrated. I will be going back for waxing services. The pedicure was so enjoyable and my feet feel revived. My hands look great too.

This will be a regular stop for me now! I can't wait to take my best friend back. They even have a steam room and a couples massage room. I'm so glad I took the time to go.

Not impressed. This spa is definitely not focused on customer service. They won't let you use gift certificates on anything other than full price services. Shouldn't gift certificates be the same as cash to them since someone gave them cash FOR the certificate???? Ridiculous. I bought some of their gift certificates for a few of my clients for Christmas last year and all of them have complained to me about that. Won't be buying gift certificates there anymore! Also, don't bother using the email address listed on their website........because they apparently never check it. Or if they check it, they certainly never respond.

Worst Spa experience I have ever had. If I could rate it in the negatives, I would. I have been to many spas throughout the US. It is by far subpar and doesn't deserve the name of a "day spa". It changed ownership in May and the new owner/President is a joke. Not only did the spa not deliver on a relaxing and joyous experience, his attitude regarding it was both unprofessional and in dire need of basic customer service etiquette. There was no relaxing time provided and the guests were to blame for not requesting this. The facility wasn't clean. The shower area was actually dirty from the last person that had showered. The floors were dirty. The reception area was cluttered. The staff was grossly untrained. Robes were not given prior to being shown the room. The experience was by no means a relaxing experience it was more of a "get them and out" mentality. I had visited countless times before new management and always given the option of a locker and relaxing in the tranquility room. This was NOT an option on this visit. I will NEVER return and always tell people to find another one and not waste their money. Keep your money!!!

Best spa in Nashville. I've lived in Nashville for 5 years and have visited at least 5 spas. BRC is by far the best. It is the only place that gives a true spa experience. Unlike other places, you have the option of putting your stuff in a locker and changing into a robe. There is a tranquilty room for waiting before or between services instead of going back to the front lobby (like in 2 other spas in nashville). I got a package with a soak, massage, and facial. The tub for the soak was HUGE and they provided wonderful salt scrub and body wash. That lasted about 45 minutes before my massage with Paul. There was no wait between the two which was awesome. Paul is strong and applies a lot of pressure so if you like light massages, be sure to say that. My facial with Missy wasn't as comprehensive as other facials I've gotten (i prefer facials at Elysium), but she is very nice. After all three services, I chose to use the steam room before I ended my spa visit. Overall, i left feeling relaxed and pampered. I recommend it if you truly want a spa experience and not a series of individual services (where you get undressed, dressed, undressed, and dressed). The only down side is the price. They are not cheap. My package was $185 plus tips for two people.

Loved this place!. I did a full day here and it was fabulous! The facial, the manicure, and the pedicure were all great but I'd have to say that the best part of the day was the massage. Her name was Kelly and she was a tiny little thing but she sure did pack a punch! I will definitely be coming back soon. The only complaints I had were that they gave me water in a cheap plastic cup (tap water?) and that the girls at the reception desk could use a lesson or two in friendliness. Other than that, it was an absolutely perfect day!
