Tips for Carol G's Hair & Color Salon

Ruined My Hair. Long story short, I told the stylist what I wanted, and she basically did what she thought would look better. The color was unnatural and brassy and the highlights damaged my hair and made it break. DO NOT get your hair colored here.

Great facials, professional skincare treatments, quiet and peaceful spa area.
I just want to say that I have had many facials, waxings and a makeover at this location. I have ALWAYS been very happy with my experiences in the Spa. Nicole is the esthetician and she is so professional and has done wonders for my skin. She is always on the ball with treatment recommendations and I've only had to wait once in all the time I've seen her. (And that wasn't her fault, the front desk overbooked her by squeezing in a walk-in.) She also does beautiful make overs!
My only complaints are when having makeovers done. I think it should be done in a private area, away from the front desk.
I would also like to see the salon expand their facial product lines to include other products such as Eminence, Dermalogica, etc...

Bad Experience. Everyone was really friendly. I got highlights that look okay when my hair is down, but when I put my hair up it looks terrible. Very white streaks, bleaching in patches, and orange brassy color near roots. Make sure you go to someone experienced...
