Alfa is a rip-off, Address, P.O box 2128, Brentwood Tn.. A few weeks ago, someone cut a hole in my vinyl roof to my convertible and damaged the mechanical workings of the door. The appraiser (Ronald Pendleton) came to look at it a few days later. After he accessed the damages, he informed me that they are only going to replace the headliner ( the inside of the top) and the vinyl roof and that is it. I can not use my old window in the back for the new top so it will need to be replaced and the cables and padding will need to be replaced as well in order for my new top to work. They say that they are refusing to pay for the extra items needed for my new top because those items were never damaged. I would not have to purchase these other items if my top would have never gotten broken into. For everything, it will cost nearly $1,900.00 They are only sending me a check for somewhere in the range of $400 due to my deductible and according to Ron, the former top has depreciated in value even though it was re-placed 3 years ago and was still in great condition. They refused to pay for the repair to my door because he said it was about to go anyway, it was just a matter of time and it was coincidental that it happened to break the same day that my car was broken into. Now, he is saying that I will have to wait till I put it in the shop and they take the door off, then he will come and look at it. They do not return phone calls nor do they ever answer the phone. LOSERS!

Worst claims dept. ever!. This company tried to defraud me on my claim against one of their policy holders. Their claims department added 100,000 miles to my odometer reading which depreciated the value over $1,000. I turned them into my states insurance commission, upon which they RE-evaluated my cars value. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU HAVE A CLAIM AGAINST THIS COMPANY, YOU MUST BE VIGILANT AND INFORMED ON YOUR CARS VALUE. They also tried to coerce me into signing a release stating I received a settlement check, which I did not. This battle is still going on, over 2 months after incident occured. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
